Banco Sabadell continues to renew its commitment to innovation and digital transformation through the evolution of its services, offering services through new digital voice channels. By doing so, it is extending the catalogue of skills of Amazon Alexa, the virtual voice service for households which Amazon has launched in Spain.
New digital voice channels are being configured as a model of success in the relationship between users and customers with companies. Voice is the most natural method of communication for people, and artificial intelligence based technologies have evolved in such a way that they now offer experiences which were unthinkable a few years ago.
Banco Sabadell’s skills make it possible to consult, using voice technology, changes in stock prices for securities listed on the Spanish continuous market. In this way, it is possible to consult live stock exchange information thanks to the digital service (skill) created by Banco Sabadell through any device which includes Amazon Alexa.
This new skill in Amazon Alexa forms part of the digital and innovation transformation processes which Banco Sabadell has been implementing over the last few years. “Offering this skill in Amazon Alexa allows us to provide users with value added services through new digital voice channels.
